The bike lanes along Bloor…

The bike lanes along Bloor St. West between Kipling and Jane St. have not only severely increased traffic in the area it has redirected traffic to the residential streets where most do not have sidewalks. This has become a hazard for pedestrians - especially children in the neighbourhoods. I live in the Kingsway/Sunnylea area and rarely see a cyclist on Bloor St. West on sunny/dry days let alone during bad weather. This experiment has been a failure on all levels and the fact that it was imposed without neighbourhood consultation is appaling.
