We’ve been living in this beautiful neighborhood for over 50 years , the most enjoyable part of beeing here , is the green spaces , the fresh environment , the trees , gardens , our community has .
We have friends in the buildings where they can go out in their own building , any time , any day , to enjoy , a fresh garden , the bushes , the oxygen from the plants , because this has been the LAW to provide with cleaner , better Life for everyone .
This is OAKVILLE , people come here for this particular reason , the new families and kids are establishing here ,for a better ENVIROMNENT , thank you to the hard work and dedication of the Companies that build the GREEN ROOFS .
It comes to our disappointment this is going to be cancel , it SHOULDN’T BE , for any reason for any fast sloppy construction .
We’re demanding this bill to be VOID, CANCEL and DISCHARGE FOR EVER , and back to the normal , clean , green oxygen we’re used to , as it SHOULD BE.
This BILL ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT PASS
The municipalities should have their rights to create their own enhanced development standards as this ensure better quality of living and increase property values .
