"Enhanced Development Standards" are not having a negative impact on housing costs, and its an overreach for the province to try to regulate this at a municipal level. Permeable pavement, native tree planting, and bicycle parking are important and should be mandated for all new buildings. It's also very important for stormwater management. I oppose these changes as outlined in Bill 60.
