WEBEQUIE (47.1 KM) - RING OF FIRE REGION. Juno Corp. is requesting a mineral exploration permit (PR-25-000229) in the EKWAN RIVER watershed. The downstream First Nations are ATTAWAPISKAT INDIAN RESERVE NO. 91. I am concerned about mineral exploration in this area, I am against any mining activity in ekwan river area as a descent of my grandfathers before me.
The Ontario Mineral Tracker mining activity is not wanted.
We use this river for fish and moose hunting
