Unfortunately, our local infrastructure is not prepared for this. Schools are already operating at or near capacity, healthcare services are limited, and local hospitals and clinics are unable to take on such a dramatic increase in residents.
We respectfully request that the city:
• Re-evaluate the scale and density of the project
• Conduct updated impact studies on schools, healthcare, and traffic
• Ensure infrastructure improvements are implemented before approval
We are not against development. We simply want growth to be responsible, sustainable, and in the best interest of the community.
