I am against the MZO in favour of the TOC in the Town of Oakville.
The density numbers are unrealistic for such a small space. The traffic post train arrival is already chaotic and will simply get worse with the anticipated density. We will need special traffic control to allow for safe pedestrian travel or overhead bridges, which I am not sure are currently contemplated by the developer or province.
I do hope the province will consider the plan the Town of Oakville has put forth. These reflect the thoughts and interests of people who live in Oakville.
We, as residents, have put our faith and vote in the town council.
