This proposal is unmitigated madness. Midtown Oakville cannot support the weight of this development. It will result in the destruction of the area and make it unliveable for citizens. Nobody will want to live in such a densely filled place - the traffic alone will be unsupportable. There is not enough room for the kindn of infrastructure required to support this much development. This will reduce useful housing area, not increase actually useable housing.
