Adopt Town of Oakville's OPA 70; No MZOs
Railroading the Town of Oakville's Council and Residents regarding the Mid-Town Oakville Redevelopment through a series of MZOs is *completely unacceptable.*
Housing in Ontario needs to work for young people, families and seniors. It needs to be affordable, accessible, have a variety of configurations including enough bedrooms, plan for community services and offer green space. The TOC proposed by the province does not meet these needs and it does not work for anyone.
I oppose the province's proposed TOC and support the Town of Oakville's OPA 70.
