Permission via MZO on this project does not respect the community opposition. There would be no inclusion of community concerns for the gross increase in density, excessive burdens placed on the municipal infrastructure plus the risk of the developer never contributing to the road and services required because the business proposition of building condos in a declining market is faulty. There is no equivalent density anywhere in Canada. This type of density is not needed or saleable.
It violates a liveable community and puts the Town of Oakville at risk.
