I’ve lived in Oakville for…

I’ve lived in Oakville for over 30 years , it is still a pleasant place to live. I understand that changes are inevitable but to keep Oakville viable we need balanced growth. Apartment buildings should be kept to 6 to 10 stories surrounded by green space not parking lots.

Traffic is an issue as most people, including me, use my car more than I should. I live close to the bus and GO train stations and use the services they provide but a large increase in population will put a strain on them.

Let the people of a community decide the planning rather than making decisions at arms length.
