These MZOs defy common sense, allowing a density in Midtown that is more than double that of any comparable development in the GTA and without the infrastructure to support it. Im likely gone before this ever gets built, but it's wrong and should not be forced on the community like this. This TOC is not about delivering housing; it is about maximizing developer land value at the expense of livability, infrastructure capacity, and the public interest. I vote NO for these MZOs.
