A full analysis of infrastructure requirements (including among things, sewage, water, public transit, schools & roads) should be performed before approval. I am very concerned about the very close location to the railway tracks where there is currently minimum protection. This location is very close to a prime potential suicide by GO train location - a dedicated GO train bridge with adequate protection is a minimum requirement
