There is no question that development and intensification should occur around mass transit. But the proposed density is irresponsible, will destruct municipal infrastructure, and offers no value to the existing or future community. This has been demonstrated time and time again. If the Ministry is listening, intensification will proceed at a reasonable and appropriate scale in line with the Town's plans. If this proceeds as proposed, it will no doubt be the question of yet another investigation of corruption within the current provincial government.
