I'm all for this development if you can convince potential buyers of these condos to have no vehicles and truly depend completely on public transit. Approve these plans without parking and we are good. The challenge is, every household in Ontario has two vehicles and the infrastructure around this proposed development cannot support the extra vehicles that undoubtedly will come along with all of these new units. The Province and City of Oakville need to get together and mutually agree on this. The proposed plan is obscene as it relates to added cars/traffic to the area.
I do not support this in any way as it is planned and I am a conservative voter.
