I am appalled by this…

I am appalled by this request! Taking so much water out of the ground PER DAY! And the maximum number of hours per day and days per year being 24 hours and 365 days respectively. This is also classified as a category 3 permit which causes a high amount of environmental damage! We only have this one Earth and environment to protect. I don't understand this need to cause so much destruction of the land especially when it is known that it will be so detrimental.
