I have been a resident on Manor Rd. for 30 years. In the last 10 years i have seen unprecedented growth in the Mid Town area. With all the construction going on it is difficult to drive in the area and awkward to walk at Yonge and Eglinton. More importantly, there is continuous work on underground pipes and wires as utilities appear to be playing catch up. I believe it is important to have schools, public squares in place for the population expansion in the area. The priority of the OMB seems to have been development first and the resident quality of life perhaps might follow. The City developed Yonge-Eglinton Plan for the first time is directed at the residents as well as accommodating development. It is important the Minister approve the Plan.
