I continue to wholeheartedly support OPA 405 for a number of keys reasons including the need to limit development to a reasonable and sustainable level due to the following considerations: -building heights & liveability -shadowing and access to sunlight -lack of green space -traffic and safety issues -limited infrastructure capacity to support increased population in terms of transit, schools, utilities, community services I want the Yonge and Eglinton area to continue to prosper and be the liveable neighbourhood that I have enjoyed for the last 24 years.
