re OPA 405 Midtown in Focus…

re OPA 405 Midtown in Focus I strongly support this plan and encourage the Minister to support it as well. Having grown up in Small Town Ontario, as part of a community, with appropriate programmes for all ages and including schools, recreational facilities and green space. I continue to look for this in my Community of Midtown. Having attended events allowing my input, and where my concerns have been heard, this plan recognizes the challenges in this area, and more importantly has put forward solutions. A community where one can work, live, attend school and play. The infrastructure is grossly inadequate and as a senior I continue to find it a constant challenge to get to the library, pharmacy etc. and family and friends are reluctant to come due to lack of resources and prefer to stay in rather than venture out into the area, which affects business. Everyone is looking for an alternative to avoid construction. I look forward to responsible development in this area supported by this Minister.
