In addition to my previous comments submitted October 20th, 2017, I wish to add that I do not support the alternative haul route as suggested by the MTO's submission. I do not see the merit of this application provided the size of the licensed area, the minimal economic benefit versus the potential environmental impact and impact to surrounding residential properties.
