Please be advised that the following motion was passed at the June 1, 2016 Council Meeting. Moved by Councillor Gordon, seconded by Councillor Dobreen; Be it resolved that Council direct Staff to submit a "Placeholder Statement" to the MNRF to the effect that Council neither objects to nor approves the Orchard Pit ARA Application; indicating that until such time as Council is in a position to make a decision with respect to the Development Agreement, substantive comments by the Township cannot be made with respect to ARA Application. By a vote of 5-2, the motion is Carried. No. 497-16 As such the Council of the Township of Southgate reserves the right to amend their position on this application at any time
