Lane placement to a Motorcycle Rider is a major part of road safety. Because of a Motorcycle being smaller in size this can be a difficult task "to always be seen" especially on a multi-lane highway that at times can be very crowded.
With the traffic issues like the QEW, it becomes impossible to find any safe lane placement for a Motorcycle Rider.
The only safest place for any Motorcycle on the 400 series, is in the available HOV Lanes... ...its there all you have to do is remove the Fine for the single rider without a passenger, a very simple fix to save lives.
