I do not agree with that the water residue to be discharged to the Charlebois Drain because the drain discharges into the Outaouais River. We would like to continue fishing and swimming in this river without having to worry about chemical discharges entering our body through contact on our skin or ingestion. This summer the beach in L'Orignal (among other beaches along the Outaouais River) was a refreshing gathering spot for families. Kids drink from that water when swimming...
