As a resident of L'Orignal I do not want a cement plant built on lot 217, Concession parcel M10 in the Township of Champlain. This cement plant will adversely affect my health and the health of my family, friends and neighbours. Cement plant emissions have been proven to cause cancer, effect agriculture and get into our ground water. I am on a well and this will directly effect my health. We say NO to the cement plant, so there is no point putting the storm water management works.
