6.1 Wasaga Beach Provincial Park should not provide overnight accommodation. This park is unique in being in the immediate vicinity to accommodations available throughout the urban town. I feel any incorporation of overnight accommodations will only displace natural habitat and detract from the bio-diversity and resiliency of the park itself. If accommodation must be incorporated I would hope it would not be located on a "green field" location. The creation of camp grounds should be used to rehabilitate a portion of park that is already disturbed such as the agricultural lands within in the Veterans Way and Klondike Park Rd area.
