Please be advised that Township of Puslinch Council, at its meeting held on July 17, 2019, considered the aforementioned topic and subsequent to discussion, the following was resolved:
That Council directs staff to submit a request on the Environmental Registry of Ontario that the Lafarge Canada Inc. Permit to Take Water (ERO # 019-0240) be for a period of no longer than five years due to the large volume of water taking.
As per the above resolution, please accept a copy of this correspondence for your information and consideration.
In addition, please note that the enclosed source water comments have also been submitted on behalf of all the Wellington County Municipalities through the ERO and assigned a Comment ID of 32867.
