another great suggestion would be for calf licence you can only harvest a calf in the district you apply for instance if you apply for district 42 you can only harvest in 42 not any other district this would save many calves from being harvested and in turn save and grow the population as we did one year we were hunting in 32 and unsuccessful for the week on our way home we harvested a calf on the side of the road in district 38 so your calf tag should be for your specific district
