I am glad to see the removal…

I am glad to see the removal of OPAC. It's function was to put a social aspect to a scientific matter. Unfortunately that committee lead to an undue hardship to Ontario farmers as they were not allowed access to active ingredients that farmers in other jurisdictions were allowed to use. This put Ontario farmers at a disadvantage for both Ontario and export markets
