If people have legitimate reasons then they should be considered. Just because it is near where they live is not a legitimate reason. There is science at work here and if it passes the requirements, then nobody should be able to stop it just "because". We need dump sites and they are hard to find in this county. I think this business should be able to dump on his other dump site too. To my knowledge, it passes the requirements also, but has been shut down because of a minority of complainers who just don't want it. They should not be allowed to have bowel movements.
