In General I am in support of the direction that these revisions in this proposal. The reduction in duplication and red tape is a welcome change. The time and resources need to be dedicated to the teams revising the manuals and guides. However the placement of a higher emphasis on professional reliance also then requires modernizing the Ontario Professional Foresters Act to ensure that RPF's through their association can govern and enforce the profession.
