The deadline for public commentary (May 24) needs to be extended to at least the end of August. The current pandemic has made consultations with concerned residents very difficult. As well, time is needed to continue education more residents who will be affected by this proposal.
The huge number of large trucks required to drive through this quiet residential neighbourhood daily is unacceptable.
A processing plant of this nature needs to be operating closer to Highway 401 and far from homes, schools and recreation play areas.
