This proposed facility is right next to 2 residential communities. It will affect these communities dramatically. There would be hundreds of very large trucks (many of the "open air" variety ... meaning not fully enclosed) going back and forth carrying bio-fuel material and resultant bi-products.

The 7-24 traffic and trucks fumes itself would have a significant negative impact. However the smell from the open-air trucks and the constant emissions from such a large plant is unacceptable. It is only 300 meters from the nearby residences.

I live 500 meters from the proposed site at 633 Coronation Drive, Scarborough, Ontario.

And the fact that you have NOT held a public session to discuss this project is shameful. I understand COVID-19 restrictions, however this project should NOT be considered without proper public feedback and consultation.

Please do NOT proceed with this proposal.

At the very least, please delay any decisions until after the local community has had the chance tio review the project details, ask questions and provide feedback.

This sounds like it could ruin my community and devalue my property accordingly.
