Waste processing is needed.
It should be done where there are transportation routes suitable for large trucks.
The proposed site on Coronation Dr passes through numerous residential intersections before reaching the site. It's true that there are other industrial operations on Coronation. They have been there a long time. None requires a volume of trucks like waste processing.
The site is unsuitable not because there are homes nearby, but because there is no alternative route to driving on residential streets to get there.
