Please register my absolute objection to this proposal. This proposal would cause severe disruption and impairment to the surrounding neighbourhoods , both residential and commercial.

Even the proponent has admitted to the stink the plant would cause and avoids saying how much (a lot we can assume)

Transporting bio hazardous waste through multiple residential neighbourhoods is of course a bio hazard wit a potential for major spills making this government liable.

Increased truck traffic throughout so many residential streets and schools is untenable.

This proposal should not even have reached this comment stage and should have been denied immediately. One must question why the government allowed it to proceed in the first place.
