For those individuals making the decision in this project I applaud you to consider the following. Would you want dozens of heavy trucks driving past your residential area every day? Also for those individual that respond with well it has to go somewhere, I offer this. West Hill is very close to the water front which puts in a unique position. This area should be beautified and not turned into a waste depository. These areas are far and few between in the GTA and we already have a high traffic issue due to the current industries in the area. This is not only a noise and air issue it is a safety issue. Children live in this area and there have been numerous times trucks have been speeding. Even without exceeding the 40km limit the noise level is already extremely disruptive six days a week.

The ramifications to allowing this project to proceed will be felt for years to come. I urge you to consider a more suitable area. Respectfully.
