As a falconry sponsor, I firmly believe that expanding the Wild Take by omitting the lottery style draw will further encourage falconers to become licensed and go through the apprenticeship process vs the option to fly a non-indigenous species without a falconry license. I feel that this will create higher quality and more responsible falconers in the long run.
