I fully support this proposal because there are secure numbers of goshawks and taking 5 from the wild per year will not make any impact. It will however provide 5 birds with the best fighting chance against their natural high mortality rate as well as allow falconers to contribute scientific data for the Ministry about clutch numbers, neat locations, etc.
