I think this proposal is fantastic. My Aunt happens to be a practicing falconer in Ontario, and the allowance of one live capture wild raptor a year would greatly benefit her understanding and work with these birds. I am happy to see improvements made to the current regulations with this proposal and the recognition of the importance of this cultural practice.
