Commentaire
a)The area west of the Nottawasaga River and north of County Road 90 is subject to an OMB Appeal which may result in a Settlement Area Boundary expansion;
b)The area bounded by the eastern boundary of the Angus Settlement Area, Bear Creek, County Road
56 and County Road 90 is currently designated in the Township’s OP as Rural due to fragmentation; and
c)Advise the MNR that Natural Heritage lands within the Township are designated as Environmental
as it currently exists in the Township OP which contains detailed planning policy, and that double designations, such as lands being both Agricultural and Environmental, are unacceptable.
