We are manufacturer of plastic closures in Ontario, made from PP.
It would be very nice to have a uniform rule for the user of the Blue box to keep the lid / closure / cap on the container, so it can be recycled.
It would be also very nice, that we will have a recycling facility in Ontario for PP. At this moment there is nobody, therefore the collected PP caps and bottles are going into the landfill
