We are a small natural soap manufacturer in Ontario. We choose packaging that is readily recyclable in many jurisdictions (clear PET only and HDPE). We chose plastic bottles and pumps for our liquid soap so it can be refilled infinitely; we offer a number of packaging efficient refill sizes. Because our product is soap, the packaging is easily cleaned for refilling by simply rinsing. May we assumed that a percentage of consumers will refill and not replace when calculating the blue box burden?
