Please accept the attached letter from the London Development Institute. The letter highlights our support of the changes to the Planning Act regarding the Minister's authority regarding site plan control and inclusionary zoning matters. We also make the point that an inclusionary zoning(IZ) by-law needs to be passed at a local municipality before the Minister makes an order regarding IZ. Please see the letter for further detail.
