I would like to object to the proposed site plan amendment for the Boyington pit.
This land in not owned by Miller and they should not be allowed to construct industrial facilities on it.
The land is a gravel pit and they have an obligation to reclaim the land after they have extracted gravel. They should be made to do the reclamation before they do any thing else. I understand that they have not complied with requirement of MNRF inspection reports. Nothing should be allowed until they comply.
