With Miller’s history of non compliance, and deliberate disregard to our agreements this is not a situation we as a town should be placed in. Our water will be placed at a significant risk, especially having fill distributed up here that is likely contaminated. Our WATER! This can have long term and lasting effects on future.
This land was supposed to be returned to it’s natural state, so why are we entertaining this idea? Especially if it is illegal under the ORMCP!
In a time of a pandemic, to hand over the responsibility to the township is just poor planing.
We must stand together as a community and deny this application.
Fool us once, shame on you, fool us 3 times?!!! SHAME ON US! We can do better.
