I have been a neighbour of the Boyington pit #3 for many years.
Please do not permit the removal of 36 hectare of this property from the oversight of the MNRF.
This property sits on the OAK RIDGES MORRAINE from which our water runs for Uxbridge, Scugog and much of cenrral Ontario. Our water is our life!!
Nothing should be built or brought from another area to this site.
Miller is already non-compliant on several issues as stated in their 2020 site inspection proving their reluctance to follow the rules.
Please keep the site under contol of the MINISTRY of NATURAL RESOURCES and FORESTRY and reject the request for a site plan ammendment.
