The detail contained in this notice is wildly insufficient for local and co corned residents to fully understand the impact Millers proposal may have on the local watershed and environment. The term used to describe intended usage “Industrial Final Land Use” provides no detail on what will be dumped there. Is it household garbage? Toxic chemicals?

It has also come to my attention that Miller is has had several infractions with regards to regulations. If this is the case, what confidence should we have as residents of the area that future infractions will not have detrimental consequences to our community?

Accordingly, I vehemently oppose this proposal without being able to scrutinize additional crucial details.
