I suggest power generation…

I suggest power generation should be designated an essential service for the citizens of Ontario. Purchases of power not just construction of future sources should be priorized by the same criterion of Price, Reliability, Quality of Service as below.

“Repealing this paragraph will focus the scope of the OEB's Leave to Construct hearings on the topics of price, reliability, and quality of service.”

Out of respect for human and animal life I would suggest that all types of existing power generation be subject to the “ do no harm “ provisions currently in place in the province.
