Good day, based on the following comments I respectfully request that the Ministry not grant the extension as described in the proposal.

1. As the proposed extension does not require any reduction from the existing SSS this request does not comply with the Ministry's commitment for continuous improvement as stated in the regulation.

2. The company had been able to reduce the emissions by 40% in the four years from 2016 to 2019. It should be required that the facility reduce its emissions by a further 20% over the next two year period.

3. The allowed concentration in the current and proposed extension is orders of the above the regulatory limit as shown in Schedule 3 of the Ont Reg 419/05. While this may be within the risk threshold based on the Ministry's assessment it jeopardizes the health of the community living in close proximity to the facility.
