If we can allow companies to siphon water from the land to bottle, especially on indigineous lands we can however have wells built for nations that don’t have this simple commodity. This in turn may help the environment where these folks don’t have to rely on the purchase of plastic bottled water. We can also add a value tax to bottled water so that it will help to pay for well sufficiency in areas that do not have a safe water supply. You can also tax a bottling company of how much they siphon and use those funds to help offset costs to build wells. There are ways to help all Canadians! This is 2021.
