Bottled water is an obvious evil. It's a superfluous market invention that wraps a precious resource in plastic, burns CO2 in it's production and distribution, and robs uninformed consumers of their money. It shouldn't really be legal, let alone be facilitated by our government though the unreasonably low rates granted to companies.
