It is time to stop…

It is time to stop commercial water-bottling companies from robbing communities and natural environments of their fresh water sources. There is more than adequate evidence that bottled water is NOT SAFER than municipal water sources. In addition, the water pollution caused by the bottles themselves has been shown to be beyond the current controls in our country or others (hence the great Pacific Garbage Patch, among other visible pollution zones). Further, it is appalling that while Indigenous communities STILL do not have fresh water, bottling companies are seeking permits to further remove the available water.
